National Conference of Essential Oils 2023 in Bali

On November 2-4, 2023, the Indonesian Essential Oil Council held its annual event titled the "National Conference of Essential Oils" at the Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The primary objective of the Indonesian Essential Oil Council as the host of this event was to strengthen relationships among stakeholders in the field of essential oils and related industries. Through this gathering, stakeholders in the essential oil industry had the opportunity to convene, engage in discussions, and foster deeper connections, thereby gaining invaluable insights. Beyond fostering camaraderie to broaden networks, the DAI (Dewan Atsiri Indonesia) or the Indonesian Essential Oil Council organized other beneficial events. These included seminars on current commodities and regions producing essential oils, business opportunities, downstream expansion in the essential oil industry, and an essential discussion on the export market.

Through this four-day event, numerous lessons were gleaned. Networking opportunities were abundant, potentially leading to future collaborations. Most importantly, it provided a platform to promote the strengths of our businesses to attract the attention of participants and colleagues. Looking ahead to 2024, we hope that the DAI will organize even more captivating conferences and events.
